🚨 A scam text claiming to be from “Miranda at Glassdoor (USA)” offers fake remote jobs helping “Costco merchants” update data. It promises high pay, flexible hours, and bonuses, then asks you to text a suspicious number (+1 206-493-0787).
🔴 Red Flags:
- Sender’s sketchy email address ends in
.asia, not a company domain - Too-good-to-be-true pay promises (e.g. $1,000 in 4 days)
- No legit hiring process or website link
- Asks you to reply via SMS — a common scam tactic
✅ DO NOT respond. Block the number and report it as junk.
Legit job offers don’t come unsolicited via random texts.
